What’s your main products?

Our main products are custom silicone products and custom plastic products, including silicone valves, optical silicone lenses, silicone sleeves, silicone covers, silicone gaskets, medical silicone sealing ring, plastic dispensing closures and plastic caps, etc.

Can I buy the custom silicone injection mold or plastic injection mold only?

Yes, we understand the automatic production costs will be lower in your country, so we can support our customers to buy the customized silicone injection mold or plastic injection mold only, then do the mass production by themselves.

How to custom silicone products or plastic products?

Currently, we accept 3D drawings and actual samples, then our engineers will design the mold drawing and evaluate the prototype tooling. When the customer confirms the prototype, our mold factory will make the production tooling accordingly.

What certifications has your factory achieved?

Our factory has been certified by ISO13485, IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO9001. What’s more, we have received certifications of FDA and NSF for Medical Pelvic Trainer and Ketchup Dispensing Silicone Slit Valve.

What kind of silicone materials are you using?

For now, we have 3 levels of silicone materials, food grade, medical grade and optical grade. And to lower the supply chain risks, we’ve established cooperation with at least 2 suppliers for each level of materials, for example, ShinEtsu and POLYSIL for food grade silicone, WACKER and Nusil for medical grade silicone, Momentive and DOWSIL for optical silicone.

What's the lead time for custom silicone products?

For simple structure custom silicone products, the lead time can be 7-15 days, including one week to make mold and one week for mass production. For complex structures, the lead time will be 45-60 days, detailed timing shall be subjected to the final evaluation.
