Silicone valves, also referred to as silicone membranes or silicone diaphragm, are crafted from high elasticity silicone material. These silicone valves are commonly manufactured using LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) injection molding or compression molding techniques, which are designed to regulate the flow of liquids and air, controlling the speed and quantity of the substances passing through them. Additionally, silicone valves are employed for their leak-proof and sealing properties, ensuring secure containment of fluids and gases within a system. Hopewell has been producing silicone valves since 2014, over the past decade, we have developed 8 different types of silicone valves in public mold. Next, I will introduce each of our silicone valves in detail.

1. The first silicone valve is the 8mm silicone valve with cross slit sizes of 1.5*1.5 mm, 2*2 mm, and 3*3 mm, with a hardness of 20 Shore A. It is manufactured using high-precision LSR injection molding and made from food-safe liquid silicone with LFGB certification. This leak-proof silicone valve is suitable for dispensing water enhancers, concentrates, and other thin liquids.

2. The second silicone valve is the 9.8mm silicone valve with cross slit sizes of 3*3 mm and 5*5 mm, with a hardness of 30 Shore A. In addition to the cross slit cut, we have also developed a snowflake slit cut version for larger flow rates. Made from food-grade liquid silicone and manufactured by LSR injection molding, this flow control silicone valve is perfect for dispensing ketchup, syrup, mayonnaise, and other sauces. The outer diameter of the matched plastic retaining ring is 11.85mm.

3. The third silicone valve is the 10.5mm silicone valve with cross slit sizes of 1.7*1.7 mm, 3*3 mm, and 5*5 mm, with a hardness of 30 Shore A. This silicone valve has a glossy mold surface finish, giving it a super transparent appearance. Made from high elastic liquid silicone with LFGB food grade certification, it is suitable for food and beverage dispensing closures as well as liquid soap cleansing brushes. The outer diameter of matched plastic retaining ring is 12.3mm.

4. The fourth silicone valve is the 13mm silicone valve with a cross slit size of 5.5*5.5 mm. Made from food-grade liquid silicone with a hardness of 40 Shore A, this size is popular for bottle caps, offering excellent leak-proof performance and medium flow rates for syrup, mustard, and bibimbap sauces. The outer diameter of matched plastic retaining ring is 14.6mm.

5. The fifth silicone valve is the 16.5mm silicone valve with cross slit sizes of 3*3 mm, 5*5 mm, 5.5*5.5 mm, 6.5*6.5 mm, and 7.8*7.8 mm, with a hardness of 30 Shore A. Primarily used for sports water bottles, this silicone valve is made from LFGB food grade liquid silicone and undergoes rigorous quality inspections to ensure 100% qualification. Free samples are available for quality checking. The outer diameter of matched plastic retaining ring is 18.6mm.

6. The sixth silicone valve is silicone NSF valve with 5*5mm cross slit cut, 40 Shore A hardness, designed for direct assembly with plastic caps , without the need for a plastic retaining ring. Made from food-safe silicone and processed by compression molding, it is mainly used for inverted squeeze bottles in commercial settings.

7. The seventh silicone valve is the 12.5mm silicone duckbill valve, with a hardness of 50 Shore A. made from high elastic solid silicone, processed by compression molding. Silicone duckbill valve is a one way valve, with great sealing effect, which is originally designed for dispensing liquid toothpaste, it also finds applications in fluid flow control.

8. The eighth silicone valve is the silicone fermentation lid with a duckbill valve, 50 Shore A hardness, made from food-grade silicone and it’s customizable in various colors according to Pantone numbers. With an outer diameter of 84mm, it is used for wide mouth mason jars and samples can be provided for testing if needed.
