Due to our unique technique, we can do non-stick slit cuts, slit tolerance is plus and minus 0.3mm, so the dispensing function is 100% qualified.
3. ±15 Degree Dispensing Angle
With high precision LSR molding and slit cutting processes, we can control the dispensing angle within ±15 degrees.
4. Uniform Wall Thickness
With imported mold making equipment, advanced production equipment, and precision inspection instruments, our experienced LSR molding technology can guarantee the wall thickness to be uniform, therefore to ensure the silicone slit valves to be no drip, no mess and no spill.
5. High Elastic Liquid Silicone
No drip silicone slit valves are made of ultra transparent and high elastic food grade liquid silicone raw material, with good stretchability and no whitening.

Our moq is 50000 pcs for four sizes cross slit silicone valves in public mold; for customized silicone products, the final quotation shall prevail.

Currently we only accept OEM orders.

Please provide 2D and 3D drawings (STP format) or actual samples, then our engineering team will provide DFM for your confirmation.

For prototype molds, the lead time for silicone valves is about 7-15 working days; for production molds, the lead time is about 15-45 working days.
