Silicone seals are flexible, rubber-like gaskets used to create airtight or watertight seals in various applications, and they are also known as silicone gaskets, silicone o-rings, silicone washers or silicone grommets, depending on their specific shape and function. Made of FDA&LFGB approved food grade silicone material, processed by compression molding, with good sealing function, widely used for sports water bottles.

Silicone seals are made of FDA and LFGB approved food grade environment friendly silicone.
2. Good Sealing
Silicone seals with soft texture, good sealing performance, strong pulling force, no odor, and not easy to deform when squeezed.
3. Perfect sureface
Silicone sealing gaskets are using high-quality surface technology, smooth and textured surface, no burrs or edges.
4. Accurate Size
Regarding to the silicone sealing rings, we use CCD full inspection instrument, accurate detection, with 100% yield rate and zero defect products.
5. Anti-aging Performance
Silicone seals are wear resistant, with good anti-aging performance, and can maintain its elasticity and sealing performance for a long time, so have a longer severice time.
6. Temperature Resistance
Silicone gaskets can still maintain their elasticity and sealing properties in low and high temperature environments, and their temperature resistance is excellent in the range of -60°C to +200°C.
7. Weather Resistance
Silicone seals can maintain stable performance even after long-term exposure to outdoor environments or harsh climate conditions, and are not easily affected by ultraviolet rays, oxidation and climate change.
8. Electrical Insulation Properties
Silicone sealing rings have excellent electrical insulation properties, making them suitable for applications that require electrical insulation and insulating properties.

What is your MOQ for silicone valve?
Our moq is 50000 pcs for four sizes cross slit silicone valves in public mold; for customized silicone products, the final quotation shall prevail.

Can you accept OEM/ ODM orders?
Currently we only accept OEM orders.

What information do I need to provide for custom silicone valves?
Please provide 2D and 3D drawings (STP format) or actual samples, then our engineering team will provide DFM for your confirmation.

What is the lead time for custom silicone valves?
For prototype molds, the lead time for silicone valves is about 7-15 working days; for production molds, the lead time is about 15-45 working days.

Can you provide plastic valve seat samples?
We have 4 sizes plastic valve seats in public mold, the outer diameters are 11.85mm, 12.3mm, 14.6mm and 18.6mm. Free samples are available, please contact us for more information.
