Silicone one way duckbill valves are made of food garde silicone material, processed by compression molding, aim to flow control the liquids or air flow one way, can be used for liquid hand hygiene soap dispensing.
1. One way duckbill valves are made of food safe high elastic and environment friendly solid silicone, with FDA certification.
2. Wear resistant one way duckbill valves have passed 7 days* 24 hours Inverted Leak Proof Test, and there is no leakage.
3. Silicone one way duckbill valve tolerance of the curved wall thickness is controlled within 0.03mm.
4. One squeeze, one dispensing, no leakage, no extra splits.
5. Because silicone materis is wear-resistant, so one way duckbill valves have a long service life.
6. Food grade one way duckbill valves have temperature resisitant fuction, so which can work in minus 40 degrees Celsius to 200 degrees Celsius.

Currently we only accept OEM orders.

Please provide 2D and 3D drawings (STP format) or actual samples, then our engineering team will provide DFM for your confirmation.

What is the lead time for custom silicone valves?
For prototype molds, the lead time for silicone valves is about 7-15 working days; for production molds, the lead time is about 15-45 working days.

Can I use your silicone valves mold?
We only have four cross slit silicone valves mold can be used, other molds are customized by other customers.

Can you provide proof of raw materials?
Yes, we can provide MSDS, FDA, LFGB test reports for confirmation.

Can you provide plastic valve seat samples?
We have 4 sizes plastic valve seats in public mold, the outer diameters are 11.85mm, 12.3mm, 14.6mm and 18.6mm. Free samples are available, please contact us for more information.
