Silicone diaphragm valves are also called silicone air inlet valves and silicone air outlet valves, made of FDA approved eco-friendly food grade silicone, with leak proof and flow control function, can be used for Microwave lunch box.
1. Air outlet silicone diaphragm valve made of FDA approved food grade silicone material, with good pulling force and elasticity.
2. FDA approved silicone diaphragm valves have passed 7 days* 24 hours Inverted Leak-proof Test.
3. Silicone diaphragm valves with zero clearance and non stick slit cut.
4. Silicone diaphragm valves tolerance of the curved wall thickness is controlled within 0.03mm, dispensing angle is controled within ± 30 degree。
5. One squeeze, one dispensing, no leakage, no extra splits.
6. Non toxic and odorless, not yellowing.

Our moq is 50000 pcs for four sizes cross slit silicone valves in public mold; for customized silicone products, the final quotation shall prevail.

Currently we only accept OEM orders.

What information do I need to provide for custom silicone valves?
Please provide 2D and 3D drawings (STP format) or actual samples, then our engineering team will provide DFM for your confirmation.

What is the lead time for custom silicone valves?
For prototype molds, the lead time for silicone valves is about 7-15 working days; for production molds, the lead time is about 15-45 working days.

Can I use your silicone valves mold?
We only have four cross slit silicone valves mold can be used, other molds are customized by other customers.

Can you provide proof of raw materials?
Yes, we can provide MSDS, FDA, LFGB test reports for confirmation.

Can you provide plastic valve seat samples?
We have 4 sizes plastic valve seats in public mold, the outer diameters are 11.85mm, 12.3mm, 14.6mm and 18.6mm. Free samples are available, please contact us for more information.
